A well-established company in the packaging manufacturing industry is seeking a skilled Electrical and Electronic Technician to join their maintenance team
Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum requirements:
• Trade Test: Electrician
• N6 or T4 Qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of Siemens and Lenze PLCs and Variable Speed Drives (VSDs)
• Experience with PLC programming, diagnostics, and fault finding
• Proven experience in industrial electrical and instrumentation maintenance
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities within automated production environments
• Knowledge of electrical control circuits and automation systems
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
• Ability to read and update electrical drawings and schematics
• Experience with electronic component-level repairs on drives and control systems will be advantageous
• Previous experience working on industrial production machinery
• Experience within packaging, paper bag manufacturing, or printing machinery will be advantageous
• Siemens Drives and PLC training/certification will be beneficial
