Job Requirements



Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with 8 years preferred.
Proficiency in BIM/Revit and AutoCAD software for architectural design and documentation.
Knowledge of building and zoning codes, ensuring compliance in project execution.
Experience in design and construction document preparation for diverse sectors.
Architectural registration or active pursuit of registration is highly desirable.
Strong ability to work with clients and coordinate with consultants effectively.
