Role Overview: The WTG Technician will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of wind turbine generators (WTGs). This role demands meticulous attention to operational standards, with a strong emphasis on safety and environmental compliance to ensure the turbines operate at optimal efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Execute both preventive and corrective maintenance on WTGs.
• Identify and resolve technical issues in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical data and operational activities.
• Uphold all safety and environmental protocols rigorously.
• Collaborate effectively with the site team to maximize turbine performance and reliability.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a WTG Technician role or similar within the wind energy industry.
• Technical qualification in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering field.
• Thorough understanding of wind turbine technology, including mechanics, electrics, and hydraulics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
