Based at the global centre for transaction advisory and investment banking in London, this role offers a broader scope of work beyond execution-only investment banking with exposure to leading-edge industrial expertise unmatched by investment banks. The Vice President will have an opportunity to join a diverse team supporting global clients in delivering the energy transition and work on corporate finance transactions globally in a renowned advisory boutique to deliver Net Zero The Vice President will focus on blue-chip global corporates, investment funds and growth companies in asset and corporate M&A, or private capital markets, collaborating with both the Managing Partner based in Germany and Head of Transactions advisory based in London. A track record in corporate finance excellence of more than 6 years.
