Job Description:

Pakka is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sustainable Packaging Innovation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development of new sustainable packaging solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop application roadmaps for key customers, ensuring that our products meet their performance, financial, and process requirements. You will also stay up-to-date on industry trends, government regulations, and competitor innovations in sustainable packaging materials.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in mechanical engineering, material science engineering, or chemical engineering, with at least 5 years of experience working with fibers or paper products in packaging applications.
