Broadridge is seeking a Sustainability Analyst for a hybrid role in NYC/NJ. The position involves advancing sustainability initiatives, managing data collection and analysis, supporting supplier engagement, and preparing reports. Candidates should have a degree in Environmental Science or related fields and 2-4 years of relevant experience. Key skills include data management, analytical abilities, and effective communication. Salary is between $100,000 and $110,000, with bonus eligibility.

As a Sustainability Analyst, you will play an active role in advancing Broadridge’s sustainability initiatives, contributing to the company’s progress toward its near-term and net-zero emissions reduction goals. In this role, you will manage data collection, analysis, and reporting tasks, support supplier engagement activities, and contribute to projects that advance our environmental commitments. This position provides hands-on experience in corporate sustainability, greenhouse gas (GHG) measurement, and sustainable supply chain management, while offering opportunities to learn from and collaborate with experienced sustainability professionals. Key Responsibilities Supplier Engagement Support Conduct outreach to suppliers to collect sustainability data, including climate goals and environmental practices. Organize, validate, and maintain supplier responses and documentation for tracking and reporting purposes. Collaborate with suppliers to foster strong, cooperative relationships that support Broadridge’s sustainability objectives. Data Collection & Analysis Collect, organize, and analyze environmental and sustainability data from internal and external stakeholders. Enter GHG emissions data (Scopes 1-3) and perform preliminary calculations and analyses to support reporting, generate insights, and inform decision-making. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in sustainability data to inform senior team insights and initiatives. Reporting & Research Prepare sustainability reports, presentations, and data visualizations for internal review and external disclosure. Research industry best practices, benchmarks, and supplier sustainability initiatives to support program enhancements. Provide general administrative and project support for the sustainability team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent internship/work experience. 2-4 years of professional experience in climate action, environmental management, ESG, corporate sustainability, or related roles. Understanding of sustainability concepts such as greenhouse gas emissions, net-zero targets, and supply chain engagement (coursework or projects acceptable). Strong analytical and organizational skills, able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and ensure accuracy and attention to detail in data-related tasks. Proficiency in Excel or other data management tools; willingness to learn new software or platforms. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative on assigned projects. Salary range $100,000.00- $110,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
