Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on outside sales and energy solutions, particularly in the solar market. A successful Sales Representative will possess strong leadership qualities and exceptional customer service skills to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential customers.
Duties
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the solar energy sector through outside sales efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify trends within the energy sales industry.
• Utilize Salesforce software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits of solar energy solutions.
• Participate in networking events and trade shows to promote our products and expand market presence.
Skills
• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the solar or energy sector.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and motivation.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for helping clients find the right solutions for their needs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce software or similar CRM tools is highly desirable.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Knowledge of energy sales principles and practices is beneficial but not required.
