Job Description

Sige Solar is seeking motivated Solar Panel Installers in Park Ridge, IL, to install solar panel systems on residential and commercial rooftops. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with local codes, operating tools safely, and communicating effectively with project managers and customers. Candidates should have experience in roofing or electrical work, be able to work at heights, and possess a valid driver's license. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

Safely install solar panel systems on residential and commercial rooftops.
Work with the installation team to mount racking, wiring, and inverters.
Ensure installations meet local codes and Sige Solar’s quality standards.
Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Communicate with project managers and customers in a professional manner.
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on systems when required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in roofing, electrical work, or solar installation preferred
Ability to work at heights and in varying outdoor conditions.
Strong attention to safety and detail.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
OSHA certification is a plus.
