Position Overview

We seek an experienced, skilled tradesperson to support us in various construction-related tasks. This individual will play a key role in our installation projects, contributing to everything from structural prep to finishing work.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform general construction and renovation tasks.
• Assist with framing, drywall, and finishing.g
• Interpret and follow blueprints and project plans.
• Support solar installation work with a focus on craftsmanship and safety.
• Electrical or roofing experience is a strong plus.

Requirements:
Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the trades (e.g., construction, framing, electrical, or roofing)
• Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on a team
• Must have essential tools and reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license required
• Knowledge of job site safety practices and regulations

Preferred Skills
• Trade certifications or licenses
• Prior experience leading a crew or managing job sites.
