Service Engineer (Generator) – Hayleys Aventura Bangladesh

Location – Hayleys Aventura Bangladesh, 7th Floor, Priyoprangon Tower, H #19, R #17, Banani, Dhaka – 1213
• Leadership Given to Service team
• Workshop Management
• Installation of Generator sets
• Service of Generator
• Labor Handling
• Customer Relationship
• Resource allocation and Planning
• Problem solving related to Generator Breakdowns/ Installations & Services
• Assist to Sales team to grow the sales
• Fulfill monthly & annual service/ Installation targets and other goals of the Company.
• Prepare regular Service action plan
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
• Track marketing performance and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management.

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• BSc Engineering (Mechanical OR Electrical
• Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Communication

Experience Requirements
• At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements
• Experience;- Minimum 3 Years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): All generator related work related to Diesel Gen & Gas generator / Installation & Service
• Additional Requirements
• Proficiency in Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Bengali
• Having a Driving License will be a priority
