Risk Analyst ERM

Digital Federal Credit Union is hiring a Risk Analyst ERM in Chelmsford, MA. The role involves managing risk management programs, conducting risk assessments, documenting operational controls, tracking departmental metrics, and maintaining risk inventories. The ERM Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and managing the core risk management programs such as RCSAs, RAS, Vendor Management, Senior Risk Reporting and related initiatives that support a sound risk management framework.

Conduct Risk assessments across all departments

Document key operational controls for identified risks and follow up on remediation actions

Track and gather departmental metrics for development and reporting of key risk indicators

Maintain metrics, KRI, risk and control inventories

Remain up to date on significant industry events

Provide content for management reporting
