Sustainable Restaurant Group is seeking a strategic finance executive to join our executive team as our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As a key member of our leadership team, you will collaborate closely with the CEO to drive financial strategy and foster our ongoing success.

In this role, you will oversee all financial functions, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will also develop and execute financial strategies that fuel our growth and profitability, manage cash flow, mitigate financial risks, and optimize capital structure.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally within the restaurant and hospitality sector, with a proven track record of driving financial performance and achieving business objectives.

You will bring strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to this role, along with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
