Capel Manor College is seeking a Resource Technician in Horticulture to support teaching staff and students in their horticulture programs. The role involves resourcing plant materials, maintaining equipment, and managing gardens. About The Role and Person

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Horticulturist, with a passion for training and inspiring young people. As a Resource Technician, you will support the teaching staff and students across all courses within the College’s specialist Horticulture programmes, including resourcing plant material, course equipment, maintaining practical equipment and gardens/grounds.

The ideal candidate will have a range of industry skills including the ability to operate, maintain and repair horticultural machinery with some experience working in the training/education sector. A Level 2 qualification in horticulture is required, and a PA1/PA6 Certificate is desirable.
