Job Title: Project Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities: Coordinating and communicating with engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, owners, various company divisions, and field personnel. Managing design build or plan spec projects from start to finish. Building and maintaining relationships with current and new customers. Managing budgets and schedules so projects are complete on time and in budget. Assist with assembling estimates and bids for commercial HVAC. Must understand the technical and financial side; have a thorough understanding of contract administration, change orders, RFI’s and RFP’s.

What experience are we looking for in a successful candidate?
• Experience with Office 365 and PDF software are required. Experience preferred with AutoCAD, Revit, Trace 3d Plus or 700, estimating FastEST Suite with training opportunities available. Experience on reading and understanding blueprints and schematics. Basic knowledge of construction process and building codes. Self-starting and independent with strong time management skills. Candidate should be proficient in technical communication skills and be personable. +5 years of commercial HVAC and/or project management experience is preferred but not required. Willing to train the right candidate.

Work Remotely: Our business requires frequent in person interaction, so fully remote work is not an option. However, we do have a flexible schedule which allows periodic remote work as required.
