Platform Operations Executive

BiofuelCircle is seeking a Platform Operations Executive in Amravati, Maharashtra. The role involves supporting users in daily platform operations, providing training, monitoring usage, and assisting with operational issues. The position requires collaboration with various teams and may involve travel to operational sites. This full-time role is pivotal for ensuring effective platform use and adoption within the bioenergy supply chain.
Key purpose of the role: BiofuelCircle's platform supports daily business operations across the bioenergy supply chain.


The Platform Operations
Executive will work closely with business and operations teams to help them use the platform effectively, complete platform-related activities, and follow defined processes. The role will support platform adoption through training, user assistance, follow-ups, and operational coordination. The role reports to the Platform Operations Lead and plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day platform operations What key tasks will be involved?


Support users in performing day-to-day activities on theBiofuelCircle platform.Train users on platform features, workflows, and businessprocesses.Monitor platform usage and identify pending actions or processdeviations.Follow up with users and stakeholders to ensure activities arecompleted on time.Assist users in resolving platform-related operational issues.Conduct online and on-site training sessions whenever required.Support platform implementation and adoption initiatives.Validate data and identify process gaps or user challenges.Track operational issues and escalate unresolved matters to thePlatform Operations Lead.Create user guides, training material, and processdocumentation.Work closely with operations, logistics, plant, and businessteams.Travel to operational locations, plants, and partner sites whenrequired.Understand the business and operate on the platform Opportunity:Opportunity to work with a fast growing company in a priority bio- energy sector.Work with a highly engaged & motivated team
