We’re looking for a Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to supercharge our internal sales pipeline and play a pivotal role in growing our business.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads through various marketing channels such as digital campaigns, kiosk promotions, and traditional methods and ensuring these leads are properly tracked and assigned within our CRM system.
You will also oversee our appointment booking team, who are tasked with contacting leads and setting appointments for our internal sales representatives. Your work will directly impact sales performance, and your ability to organize, strategize, and execute will be key to your success. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on strategy, creativity, and data, and who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute directly to sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage on-page and off page SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and increase brand/product visibility.
• Collaborate with the IT team to maintain and optimise the website for a seamless user experience, improve SEO performance, and maximise lead conversion.
• Manage CRM workflows and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages and Google Business profile queries in a timely, professional manner.
• Develop engaging content for social media, blog posts, landing pages, flyers, brochures, SMS and email campaigns.
• Oversee the design and production of marketing collateral.
• Develop, oversee and execute integrated lead generation campaigns across digital and offline channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and remarketing campaigns.
• Manage appointment booking members to ensure leads are being followed up and assessors are given eligible appointments daily.
• Identify out-of-the-box ways to generate new leads using both internal databases and external research.
• Book venues and plan campaigns for pop-up kiosks in shopping centres, expos, and festivals.
• Coordinate kiosk logistics: branding, staffing, lead capture tools.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, CRM reports, and SEO tools.
• Report regularly on lead performance, and marketing ROI to management.
• Mentor and guide marketing coordinators, providing support and quality checks on their work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams align strategies and deliverables.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve Google review ratings.
Requirements
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
• Proven experience in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO, and WordPress.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• A valid Victorian driver’s licence is advantageous and preferred for occasional travel to kiosk locations or events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management, project coordination, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent design tools (preferred).
• Experience mentoring junior marketers or telemarketing staff (advantageous).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
