Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing / CNC Shop)

We are a precision metal fabrication company specializing in CNC machining, assembly, roll forming, and finishing. Keeping our equipment running efficiently is critical to our day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role focused on minimizing downtime and supporting production. You will work directly with machinery, the shop floor, and in a team-oriented environment where your contributions make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and shop equipment (mills, lathes, compressors, etc.)Handle basic facility maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and general repairsRespond to maintenance requests from the shop and prioritize based on production needsTroubleshoot equipment issues and identify root causes quicklyRepair or replace components using hand and power toolsAssist with machine setups, moves, and preventative maintenance schedulesKeep maintenance logs and report recurring issuesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentWork closely with machinists and management to keep machines running and reduce downtimeWhat We’re Looking For

Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or machine shop environmentStrong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of electrical and basic plumbing systemsAbility to troubleshoot and repair CNC machines or similar equipmentComfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring toolsAbility to read basic prints, manuals, and schematicsSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a small team environmentReliable, dependable, and responsive when issues ariseNice to Have

Experience working specifically with CNC equipment (Haas, Mazak, etc.)Basic welding or fabrication skillsExperience with preventative maintenance programsLeadership experience (for helping guide or train others if needed)Why Work With Us
