This senior role includes ownership of design workflows, managing power system studies, and guiding interconnections with Nova Scotia Power. You will also collaborate closely with project managers and provide engineering support during construction. Key Responsibilities:


Lead design of solar PV and battery energy storage systemsOwn workflow for drawings, specifications, and technical bid evaluationsReview power system studies and energy resource modellingServe as the technical contact for utility interconnectionsMentor design engineers and co-op students through projects
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline6+ years of electrical design experience, preferably in renewablesKnowledge of Canadian electrical codes and IEEE standardsFamiliarity with power system study tools is an assetStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
