ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Promote transparency by disseminating ESG information and engaging stakeholders with regular updates and responses to inquiries.Regulatory Approvals And ComplianceEnsure timely obtaining applicable ESG Regulatory Approvals and ensure for the compliance requirements.Coordinate for comprehensive audits and implement corrective actions to ensure regulatory compliance.Digital Solutions And Technological IntegrationLead the development and deployment of digital platforms for efficient ESG data management for the company and suppliers and reporting.Evaluate and integrate advanced digital tools to streamline ESG disclosure processes and enhance data accuracy.Stakeholder Engagement And CommunicationDevelop and execute strategies for effective stakeholder engagement, including investors, local communities, NGOs, and government agencies.Foster positive relationships through clear communication of ESG initiatives and performance. Implement feedback mechanisms to enhance ESG practices and transparency.ESG Risk Management And ComplianceConduct comprehensive assessments to identify and prioritize ESG risks, including environmental, social, and governance-related risks.Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, integrating them into business operations and project planning. Monitor risk indicators, escalate emerging risks, and ensure compliance with regulations.Innovation And Continuous ImprovementStay updated on industry trends and best practices in ESG.
