Industrial Maintenance Technician (This is a 3rd shift position)

What You Will Do in Your Role

Troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing equipment in compliance with all plant policies and proceduresWorking with machinery and mechanical equipment including motors, pneumatic & hydraulic components, conveyor systems, and production line equipmentReading diagrams, sketches, operation manuals and manufacturer’s specifications for installationsUsing hand tools, power tools and precision-measuring devices and testing instrumentsAdhering to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and proceduresResponsibilities include a strong understanding of mechanical operations and basic understanding of electrical

Committed to support operationCommit to work schedule as neededAble to identify and correct issues without being told to do soUnderstands basic machine function of the corrugatorAble to read prints and figure out how to take a system apart and put it back togetherIntermediate in hydraulic and pneumatic theory and applicationRequirements:

High School Diploma or GEDPrevious industrial maintenance OR a two (2) year Industrial Maintenance degreeExperience reading technical drawings and schematicsProvide your own metric and standard tools, e.g.: socket and wrench sets, and Allen T-handlesExperience with 3 phase 480v, 24 vdc control, and VFD’sProgrammable logic controllers: 1 year minimalMechanical knowledge: 1 year minimalWhat Will Put You Ahead
