Growth Equity Associate

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis across growth equity transactions.Support deal origination by researching market trends, mapping sectors, and identifying high-potential investment opportunities.Participate in due diligence processes and coordinate with advisors, management teams, and co-investors.Prepare investment committee materials, presentations, and internal reports.Monitor portfolio company performance and support strategic initiatives aimed at driving growth and operational improvements.Build and maintain strong relationships within the investment and business community across the UAE and KSA.

Skills & Experience

Minimum four years of investing experience in growth equity, private equity, or investment banking with direct exposure to equity transactions.Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with a proven track record of transaction execution.Deep understanding of the MENA market, with particular focus on the UAE and KSA.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver clear investment presentations.Team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced investment environment.

This role sits within the growth equity investment platform of a private equity firm and covers the full investment lifecycle, from origination through to portfolio management, with a primary geographic focus on the UAE and KSA.
