Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces
Maintain cleanliness standards according to company policies and client expectations
Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and steam cleaners safely and effectively
Restock supplies and ensure restrooms are stocked with necessary items
Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes

Skills

Proven custodial or cleaning experience, particularly in commercial settings
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and thoroughness
Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during shifts
Good communication skills for working with team members and supervisors
