We are looking for an ๐๐๐๐ถ๐บ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ป๐ด๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฟ to support quantity takeoffs and cost estimation activities for Solar PV and BESS projects across global markets. The role involves reviewing engineering drawings, extracting quantities, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), developing detailed cost estimates, and coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, and project management teams to deliver accurate and competitive project estimates.

Review engineering drawings, layouts, specifications, and project documents to perform quantity takeoffs.Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for electrical and renewable energy projects.Develop conceptual, budgetary, and detailed cost estimates for Solar PV and BESS projects.Prepare labor hour estimates and installation productivity calculations for various construction activities.Develop detailed CAPEX estimates and cost breakdowns for major project components.Coordinate with Engineering teams to clarify project scope, drawings, and technical requirements.Work with Procurement teams to obtain supplier quotations and validate pricing assumptions.Prepare cost comparison sheets, estimate summaries, and Basis of Estimate (BoE) documentation.Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives during the proposal stage.Maintain historical cost databases, productivity norms, and estimating templates.Assist in technical and commercial proposal preparation while ensuring timely submission of estimates.Support continuous improvement of estimation processes, tools, and cost models.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Renewable Energy Engineering.2โ4 years of experience in Engineering, estimation, quantity takeoffs, or project costing, preferably in the renewable energy or EPC industry.Experience with utility-scale Solar PV, BESS, or electrical infrastructure projects is preferred.Basic understanding of AutoCAD and the ability to extract quantities from engineering drawings.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and estimating methodologies.
