Finray.Solar is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative for their Wilmington, DE office. The role involves engaging with residential and small business customers to promote community solar farms and solar panel consultations. Are you passionate about renewable energy and eager to make a positive impact on your community? We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Entry Level Solar Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in connecting residential and small business customers with the benefits of local community solar farms and/or helping homeowners schedule consultations for solar panels at their home. This role will be based out of our Wilmington, Delaware office, but requires travel and outside field work.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: As a Solar Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to engage with residential and small business customers in your community. You'll educate them about the advantages of subscribing to a local community solar farm and/or the benefits of solar panels on their property, emphasizing the environmental benefits and cost savings.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in solar energy and our community solar offerings. You'll be expected to articulate the financial and environmental aspects of the service convincingly.
Sales Targets: You'll have sales targets to meet, and your success will be measured by your ability to convert potential customers into enthusiastic community solar subscribers.

Qualifications:
• Passion for Renewable Energy: A genuine passion for clean, renewable energy and a desire to promote sustainability.
• Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, especially in the energy sector, is a plus but not mandatory.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• Self-Motivated: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and evolving industry.
• Full and Valid Drivers license(not a permit) is an asset but not mandatory

Expected yearly pay, 1st year with no experience: $44,000.00 - $75,000.00
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $600.00 - $1,200.00 per week
