Energy Auditor

ITT Inc. is seeking an Energy Auditor in Vadodara, Gujarat. The role involves partnering with audit teams to perform data extraction and analysis from ERP systems, developing audit analytics, and designing dashboards. Candidates should have 3-6 years of experience in data analytics or audit analytics, with proficiency in BI tools and ERP systems. The position is full-time and does not require a specific degree.

The Internal Audit Analytics Specialist partners closely with audit teams as the technical analytics expert, enabling continuous auditing and smarter, data-led assurance across the enterprise. This role supports data extraction, engineering, and analysis of ERP data; and delivers insights through dashboards to strengthen risk coverage, control testing, and decision-making.


Extract and engineer datasets from ERP systems including Oracle, SAP, and EPICOR.


Develop and execute audit analytics, exception testing, anomaly detection, and population-based testing.


Create reusable analytics routines including building automation scripts in SQL and Python


Design Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel reports to summarize trends and exceptions.


Partner with auditors to scope data needs, shape analytics-driven audit plans, and prioritize risks.


Maintain documentation, ETL mappings, data dictionaries, and audit trail evidence.


Ensure analytics quality through peer reviews, data validation, and version control.


Ability to translate audit risks into analytical procedures and document methods clearly.


Quality-focused with strong documentation discipline.


Background in Internal Audit, Risk, or Big Four consulting.


3–6 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or audit analytics.Strong BI tools (Power BI, Excel), and audit analytics platforms.Proficiency with SAPProficiency with SharePoint, PowerApps,Experience with ERP data and population-based audit testing.Experience with SOX controls, continuous auditing, and Computer Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs)


Experience with Oracle and EPICOR, Azure, SQL, Python, ETL processes
