Job Description:
The Dimensional Checker is responsible for inspecting welded and fabricated components to ensure they meet exact specifications and quality standards. This role is critical in maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of our finished products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and gauges to verify part dimensions
• Compare finished products to engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Document inspection results and flag any discrepancies or quality concerns
• Work closely with welders, fabricators, and supervisors to maintain product integrity
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety and quality assurance procedures

Requirements:
• Prior experience with dimensional inspection or quality control in a manufacturing or welding environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with common measuring tools
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to work second shift hours
