Above Green is seeking a full-time remote Commissioning Agent to oversee the commissioning process for building systems, ensuring compliance with design and performance standards. Responsibilities include site inspections, report preparation, and collaboration with project teams, while promoting sustainable practices. Candidates should have experience in building systems commissioning, strong project management skills, and relevant qualifications in engineering or construction management.

Above Green is committed to creating positive environmental impacts and fostering innovation in building design and management.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Commissioning Agent. The Commissioning Agent will be responsible for facilitating and overseeing the commissioning process for various building systems to ensure they are designed, installed, tested, and functioning according to project requirements. Daily tasks include conducting pre-functional and functional site inspections, preparing reports, coordinating with design and construction teams, and verifying system performance. The role also requires supporting sustainable and energy-efficient building practices while ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.QualificationsExperience in commissioning and testing building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systemsKnowledge in energy efficiency principles, sustainable building practices, and related certifications (e.g., LEED, WELL)Strong project management, coordination, and organizational skillsExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailEffective written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with clients and stakeholdersAbility to work independently in a remote environmentBachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related technical field is preferredRelevant certifications such as CxA, BCxP, or similar are a plusExperience with building automation systems (BAS) and energy modeling software is an advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
