Business Development Manager (Facility Management)

Big Fish Recruitment is hiring a Business Development Manager for a leading facility management company in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing business development activities, supporting proposal development, and maintaining customer relationships. Candidates should have a degree (MBA preferred), at least 5 years of relevant experience, and a UAE driving license. The position offers a salary of AED 20K–AED 25K monthly and is full-time.
We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for one of our UAE based clients who is one of the leading facility management companies in the UAE.

Reporting to the Director Business Development, you will be assigned responsibility for managing the day-to-day BD activities in Dubai. The BD Manager supports all aspects of the business development lifecycle from leads and opportunity identification through proposal development by supporting specific pursuits and maintaining the infrastructure of Company’s business. These responsibilities include a significant amount of coordination, collaboration, and timeline management in a dynamic team environment.

This position requires a high degree of organization with the ability to engage with colleagues across departments and at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, to support business development systems, processes, and pursuits. The BD Manager is responsible for maintaining the customer relationship management as well as generating new leads from different market sectors in the UAE.

Qualifications and job requirements:

• University degree with further education such as an MBA preferred
• Facilities Management related certifications is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years in similar field
• Experience in Sales and Marketing
• With UAE Driving License
• Strong understanding of hospitality service standards and guest experience principles
