About the Role

As a Bike Mechanic, you will provide high-quality repairs, servicing and maintenance to various bicycles. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every bike that leaves our shop is in perfect condition, giving customers confidence and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Carrying out repairs, servicing and custom builds for all types of bicycles, including road, mountain and e-bikes.
• Diagnosing mechanical issues and advising customers on necessary repairs.
• Ensuring all repairs are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.
• Keeping the workshop clean, organised and stocked with necessary tools and parts.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering queries and offering advice on bike care and maintenance.

• Proven experience as a Bike Mechanic in a retail or workshop setting.
• Strong knowledge of bike components, mechanics and industry trends.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for cycling and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
