Job Description / Responsibility

Division: Corporate Finance Services

Job Summary:

The person will be responsible for managing, developing, and expanding a portfolio of corporate clients. The role entails maintaining strong client relationships, conducting credit analysis and risk assessments, and structuring appropriate financial solutions aligned with clients' business requirements. The RM will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and sustainable business growth.Key Responsibilities

Maintaining and managing the existing departmental portfolio.Pursuing and arranging new business deals.Generating, monitoring, and following up on new business leads related to structured finance, refinancing, and green financing.Analyzing and interpreting financial statements.Preparing and analyzing financial models.Conducting comprehensive industry analyses.Preparing various reports on economic conditions and forecasting trends.Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing Information Memoranda.Conducting client and project visits and preparing detailed visit reports.Maintaining professional correspondence and effective relationships with external stakeholders, including Bangladesh Bank, syndicated lenders, other banks and NBFIs, and corporate entities.Maintaining effective coordination and relationships with internal stakeholders, including CRM, Operations, Treasury, and other relevant departments.Ensuring timely preparation and submission of all internal and external regulatory reports.Developing, maintaining, and updating various Management Information Systems (MIS).Ensuring adherence to corporate governance standards and upholding ethical business practices.


Educational Requirements

Bachelor/HonorsSkills Required: Structured Finance/ Syndication, Corporate Finance, Relationship Management, Structured Finance


Experience Requirements

At least 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks


Additional Requirements

Minimum graduation from a reputed public/private university (preferably in Finance & Accounting background).At least 05 years of business experience with a reputed Bank/NBFI.Good understanding of analyzing financial statements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English.Strong analytical ability, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel).
