Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer with proven experience in solar sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and closing sales in the solar energy sector.
*Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads.Develop and maintain client relationships through regular follow-ups and meetings.Prepare and present customized solar solutions and proposals.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Stay updated on solar industry trends, competitors, and new technologies.Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.*RequirementsMinimum 1.5 years of experience in solar sales (strictly required)Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.Strong understanding of solar products, pricing, and market dynamics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Eligibility NoteOnly candidates with at least 1.5 years of direct solar sales experience will be considered.
