Warehouse Picker/Packer - Cold Environment

Executive Personnel Services is hiring a Warehouse Picker/Packer in Charlotte, NC. The role involves packing and repacking products in a cold environment, measuring and labeling items, maintaining cleanliness, and lifting up to 100 lbs. Candidates must have basic math skills, the ability to work in cold conditions, and own steel toe boots. This is a full-time position reporting to the Operations Manager.
Job Summary:

EPIS Worx is seeking a qualified Warehouse Picker/Packer to
join our team. The qualified candidate will be responsible for packing and
repacking products in a cold environment. They will measure, weigh, and count
products, assemble containers, clean the work area, and label packages. They
will also have the ability to lift objects up to 100 lbs. as occasionally required.
This position reports to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

·Pack and repack products according to
specifications.

·Keep the work area clean and organized.

·Load products into processing equipment and label
containers.

·Handle materials, sort orders, and move
products.

·Record product, packaging, and order information
accurately.

·Remove completed or defective products and seal
containers.

Requirements:

·Ability to read, write, and understand English.

·Basic math skills.

·Experience in a cold environment or willingness
to work in one.

·Own steel toe boots.

·Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy
objects.

·Quick learner and problem solver.

·Reports to the Operations Manager.
