Philippine Spring Water Resources, Inc. (PSWIR) is urgently seeking a dynamic and strategic Sustainability and Corporate Communications Manager to lead our environmental and corporate affairs. In this role, you will design impactful sustainability programs and serve as the brand ambassador in key environmental and social forums to foster sustainable business growth.


Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement sustainability programs aligned with business objectives.
· Monitor, measure, and report sustainability performance and impact.


· Represent the company in sustainability related forums and partnerships


· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into business operations.


· Stay updated on regulatory changes and compliance standards related to environmental and corporate sustainability.


Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Environmental Sciences, or a related field
· At least 5 years of experience in sustainability or corporate affairs.


· Strong background in sustainability framework and environmental regulations.


· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.


· Proven track record of successfully launching and managing corporate social responsibility or eco-friendly initiatives.
