Project Manager (MEP / Design-Build) – Atlanta GA (Hybrid)

Full-Service Engineering Firm Seeking a MEP Project Manager to join our Team. Successful candidates will have experience Managing MEP Design/Build Projects for Commercial, Institutional, Industrial, Healthcare, and Multifamily.

Qualification:
• 5+ yrs. of experience in consulting engineering or architecture.
• B.S. Degree, preferably in Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management, preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Desired.
• Technical experience in Electrical or Mechanical disciplines.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Exemplary team leader with an enthusiasm for collaborative work.
• Excellent communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail.
• Experience using project management software and tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Revit is an advantage
Duties:
• Overseeing the planning, execution, and conclusion of diverse consulting engineering projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Utilizing appropriate communication tools to keep clients, firm management, and other stakeholders informed of project developments.
• Collaborating extensively with firm management, discipline leadership, and staff to ensure the expected quality of project delivery.
• Establishing and fortifying relationships with existing and potential clients, while addressing any concerns they might present.
• Implementing and reinforcing the firm's quality assurance and control protocols to align with industry benchmarks and client expectations.
• Generating detailed project reports that encompass milestones, financial overviews, and recommendations for future endeavors.
• Monitoring projected billings based on project progress and approving monthly invoicing for applicable projects.
• Preparing fee proposals, negotiating project fees and scope, and reviewing related contracts.
• Collaborating with management to ensure proper staffing and projected manpower for applicable projects.
