Job Details

Responsibilities:
• Represent public and private sector clients statewide, in both state and federal court
• Represent clients in a broad range of water-related issues including water rights, water supply, flood control law, federal reclamation law, public agency law, and compliance of National Environmental Policy Act, Endangered Species Act, and California Environmental Quality Act
Qualifications:
• 5+ years experience
• Active member of the California Bar Association
• Previous litigation experience, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and arguing motions
• Previous knowledge representing public and private sector clients statewide, in state and federal court, in water-related issues
• Familiarity with natural resource or regulatory issues preferred
