Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project closeout

Manage day-to-day field operations including subcontractors, scheduling, safety, and quality control

Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved

Coordinate closely with project managers, design teams, and clients to ensure seamless execution

Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe, compliant jobsite at all times

Lead subcontractor meetings and ensure alignment with project goals and expectations

Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges to avoid delays or cost overruns

Ensure workmanship meets company standards and project specifications

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction

Experience with ground-up and/or renovation projects (education, municipal, or commercial preferred)

Strong knowledge of construction means & methods, scheduling, and sequencing

Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and complex project logistics

Familiarity with construction management or design-build delivery methods preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with construction technology (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

OSHA 30 certification strongly preferred
