This is a full-time position located in Williams, OK, with a salary range of $72K–$100K.
Golden Bear Packaging Inc. is seeking a talented Structural Designer to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will be pivotal in developing structural designs for customized packaging that meets the unique needs of our clients across food, cosmetics, and electronics industries. Using a variety of materials and incorporating sustainable practices, you will help drive our mission to deliver top-notch, environmentally friendly packaging solutions that blend functionality with aesthetic appeal. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, prototype new designs, and enhance existing models for improved performance and cost-effectiveness.
Develop and enhance structural designs for packaging across various industries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client specifications and requirements.
Prototype and test new design concepts to ensure functionality and sustainability.
Modify and improve existing designs to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Utilize CAD software and other design tools to create detailed plans and blueprints.
Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, from concept to production.
Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and client expectations.
Strong proficiency with CAD software and design tools.
Excellent understanding of materials science and engineering principles.
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate complex design concepts clearly.
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with prototyping and testing design concepts.
