Job Description
GB Packaging is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Lebanon, OH. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, providing communications, creating cost estimates, generating quotes, and inventory management. Candidates should have a high school diploma (or equivalent), 5 years of customer service experience, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities
• Account Management: Maintain an average load of customer accounts daily, from initial setup to order follow-up through production and shipping.
• Professional Communication: Provide timely and accurate customer communications via telephone, email, and other platforms.
• Cost Estimation: Create manufacturing cost estimates using industry-specific software.
• Quoting: Generate formal quotes for customers.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels based on established parameters.
• Collaboration: Liaise between Sales, Customers, Design, Planning, Production, Quality, and Shipping to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associates Degree in Business Administration preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of previous customer service experience (preferably in an industrial setting).
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn industry-specific software
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
