Job Description / Responsibility

Oversee operation, monitoring, and optimization of WTP & RO systemsEnsure consistent production of treated water meeting required quality standardsMonitor key RO parameters (pressure, flow rate, recovery, TDS rejection)Control chemical dosing systems (antiscalant, chlorine, SMBS, pH adjustment chemicals)Troubleshoot issues related to scaling, fouling, membrane performance, and plant efficiencySupervise pretreatment systems (sand filter, carbon filter, softener, UF if applicable)Ensure proper execution of CIP (Cleaning in Place) for RO membranesCoordinate with operation, maintenance, and QC teams for smooth plant performanceMaintain operational logs, reports, and compliance documentationEnsure safety, environmental compliance, and efficient plant operation


Educational Requirements

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Chemical Technical/EngineeringHigher qualification will be added in advantageSkills Required: Water Treatment Plant, Water Management, ETP and Water Treatment Process

At least 10 year(s)Additional Requirements

Strong knowledge of WTP & RO plant operation and maintenanceUnderstanding of water chemistry and quality parameters (pH, TDS, hardness, conductivity, etc.)Knowledge of membrane systems, fouling control, and chemical cleaning (CIP)Familiarity with industrial chemical dosing systems and pretreatment unitsBasic understanding of pumps, valves, and instrumentation systemsAbility to analyze and solve operational problems efficientlyStrong leadership and team coordination skillsAbility to work under pressure in industrial environmentGood communication and reporting skills
