Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and target-oriented Solar Retail Sales Representative (SR) to promote and sell solar energy solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting customers, and achieving monthly sales targets in the retail solar market.




Key Responsibilities:

Visit retail shops, households, and potential customers for solar product salesPromote solar systems (panels, inverters, batteries, rooftop solutions)Generate new leads through field visits and networkingExplain product features, savings, and installation process to customersPrepare quotations and follow up with clientsAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsCoordinate with technical team for system installationMaintain customer database and daily sales reportBuild strong relationships with dealers, electricians, and installers


Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic EngineeringSkills Required: Handling Customers, Target Oriented, Communication and interpersonal skill


Experience Requirements

1 to 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms,Importer,Power,Solar Energy
