Develop project plan sets in collaboration with our third-party engineering partners, ensuring accuracy and code compliance
Build detailed Bills of Materials (BOM) for each project to support procurement
Coordinate with the VP of Construction to schedule installations and align field resources
Ensure successful system commissioning, final inspections, and project closeout documentation
Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams, customers, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle
Track project progress using project management platforms and maintain organized digital records
Uphold and promote safety standards across all stages of project planning and execution

Qualifications

Experience in solar project management, construction management, or a closely related field
Familiarity with solar PV system design, permitting processes, and utility interconnection requirements
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, electrical diagrams, and plan sets
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with project management software
Knowledge of NEC, IBC, and relevant building codes is a plus

Benefits
