Job Description

We're looking for a self-motivated Solar Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the face of ARP Solar in the field --- diagnosing issues, performing maintenance, and ensuring our customers' systems are operating at peak performance. If you're a problem-solver who takes pride in your work and genuinely enjoys helping people, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Perform service calls, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and commercial solar PV and battery storage systems Operate independently to troubleshoot system performance issues and identify root causes Interact professionally with system owners, clearly explaining findings and solutions Conduct routine maintenance and quality inspections Document service visits accurately using company platforms Interface with equipment manufacturers to process warranty claims Adhere to all safety standards and protocols on every job site Qualifications

Experience with solar PV systems and equipment strongly preferred Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field OSHA 10 certification preferred NABCEP certification or working toward certification is a plus Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites (no weekend travel required) Benefits
