About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Head of Sales for Renewable Hybrid Energy Systems in the Americas. This senior leadership role is pivotal in leading the commercial strategy and execution across the U.S. market, with a focus on driving growth in renewable hybrid generation, grid integration, and digital energy platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and executing the U.S. sales strategy, leading and mentoring sales teams, and driving revenue growth by expanding relationships with utilities, developers, EPCs, and energy-intensive customers. A key aspect of the role is to act as a trusted advisor to senior utility and energy executives, guiding conversations around grid modernization, hybrid generation, and operational resilience, and to translate customer business challenges into tailored digital energy and control system solutions.
The ideal candidate will have over 25 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical sales within the power and energy sector, with a minimum of 15 years in senior leadership roles. They must have a proven track record of closing large, multi-million-dollar, complex energy deals, and deep experience in consultative selling and energy advisory for grid modernization and renewable integration. The role requires the ability to engage credibly with C-suite decision-makers, lead executive-level discussions, and support the sales of integrated solutions across various energy system components. The candidate should be adept at leading complex RFP, RFI, and tender responses, and be able to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric proposals. Additionally, the role involves representing the organization as a strategic partner and thought leader in the renewable hybrid energy space, tracking industry trends, and maintaining executive engagement post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
