Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage a professional practice area, overseeing staff, client relationships, and revenue growth.Support new and ongoing remediation projects as a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP).Maintain connections with other LSRPs, NJDEP, and the regulated community through active participation in professional societies and meetings.Drive business development by acquiring new clients, securing repeat business, leading proposal preparations, and executing a strategic business development plan.Oversee project management tasks including planning, budgeting, timelines, quality control, client satisfaction, and profitability.Mentor junior staff and manage subcontractors effectively.Prepare comprehensive work plans, technical reports, letters, memoranda, and proposals.Review and polish written documents before submission.Engage in meetings with clients and regulatory personnel, potentially including fieldwork such as site reconnaissance and meetings with stakeholders.Travel to client project sites or company locations as necessary.Education and Licensure:

Required: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, or a related field.Required: New Jersey LSRP in good standing.Preferred: Advanced degree in engineering or geology.Preferred: Professional registration (i.e., P.G. or P.E.).Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

Required: At least 8 years of relevant environmental consulting experience (10+ years preferred).Required: Proven expertise as an LSRP with experience issuing Response Action Outcomes at complex remediation sites.Required: Experience working with multi-disciplinary project teams.Required: Demonstrated success in client development and management.Required: Strong leadership skills.Required: Ability to excel in a fast-paced consulting environment with multiple projects, strict deadlines, and necessary travel to client sites.Fieldwork and overnight travel may be necessary.Preferred: Current OSHA 40-hr HAZWOPER training and refreshers.May require health & safety training, medical monitoring, and client-specific drug and background testing.Required: Valid U.S. driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.This opportunity will be posted for at least five days, and the typical salary range for this position is:

Minimum Salary: $129,105/year / Maximum Salary: $209,060/year (Pennington, NJ)Minimum Salary: $134,970/year / Maximum Salary: $218,560/year (Bloomfield, NJ)We offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan, and additional benefits for eligible employees.
