Job Description / Responsibility
The Role
Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunitiesIdentify, qualify, and engage potential clients aligned with the company’s ideal customer profileSchedule and coordinate discovery calls/meetings for the sales teamMaintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity in the CRMCollaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategiesConsistently meet or exceed KPIs such as outreach volume, qualified leads, and booked meetings

Experience
1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or a similar outbound sales roleExperience in a digital marketing agency or B2B services environment is highly preferredProven track record in prospecting, cold outreach, and booking qualified meetingsFamiliarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms
