Solar Energy World is seeking a Sales Assistant/Coordinator in Laurel, MD, to support marketing campaigns and sales efficiency. We are in need of a Premium Sales Coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns in collaboration with Sales, and the distribution of promotional materials. It involves collaboration with vendors, administrative assistance, and responsive communication with internal teams. The role contributes to market research, data analysis, and the creation of marketing content.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating marketing and communications campaigns with the goal of boosting Sales efficiency under the direction of senior marketing staffWorking closely with Sales leadership to understand their teams needs, and translating those into tangible deliverablesDistributing marketing-related materials and information within the organization as directedAssisting with the creative design process by liaising with outside vendors and following established guidelinesProviding administrative support for marketing projects, ensuring timely completion of tasksHandling inbound marketing solicitations and routing them to the appropriate team members for follow-upSupporting pre-campaign and post-campaign analysis by gathering data for senior staff reviewAiding in the preparation of summary reports on marketing program outcomes for team evaluationRegular, consistent and punctual attendance.
