RS and EO Project Manager

4EI Ltd is seeking a Project Manager in Abu Dhabi with expertise in earth observation and remote sensing. Responsibilities include managing 3-5 projects, workflow planning, budget management using JIRA, quality control, client communication, and proposal writing in English and Arabic. The role requires business development skills and fluency in Arabic for Middle East clients. This is a full-time position based in Abu Dhabi.
4EI in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Project Manager who needs to combine previous experience of all the following combined skills and requirements:

Technical skills and understanding of our industry - earth observation, remote sensing, use of AI and ML within all project solutions
Full Project Management of 3-5 projects - workflow planning, scheduling, task management, budget management (all using JIRA), project team coordination
Quality control
Account management of client relationships and communication
Proposal writing and report writing in English and Arabic
Business development
Arabic speaker for our Middle East clients
Abu Dhabi based
