Sustainable Talent have engaged exclusively with an Industry leader who design, install and commission large scale solar PV farms for their clients. Supplying renewable energy from solar power plants enables local communities to reduce costs and reduce their carbon footprint. It also means they can provide off-grid power in remote areas that can be sold back to the grid or used locally at a cheaper price than grid-supplied energy.

Role Overview
As the Project Manager - ICP, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of independent connection projects, overseeing the coordination between clients, contractors, and local distribution networks. This role requires a solid understanding of ICP processes, along with a strong commitment to regulatory compliance. You will manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and safe delivery.

What will you be doing?
• Lead and manage Independent Connections Provider (ICP) projects, ensuring all phases—from design, procurement, and installation to commissioning—are executed efficiently.
• Oversee the coordination with Distribution Network Operators (DNOs), clients, and contractors to ensure projects meet regulatory requirements and client specifications.
