More about the role:
This Account Manager role is pivotal for driving internal and external Sustainability communications. The successful candidate will be a skilled in developing content, utilizing strong interpersonal and organizational abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. This position involves comprehensive communication planning, strategic PR development, and meticulous project management to ensure successful campaign execution and strong client relationships.
What you'll do:
Draft, review, and edit diverse communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, and social media content.
Develop key messages and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of multi-channel communication campaigns.
Develop comprehensive PR strategies and plans, identifying target audiences and communication channels.
Coordinate and manage multiple communication projects, campaigns, and events from inception to completion.
Analyze data (e.g., survey results, campaign metrics) to derive actionable insights and inform decision-making.
Serve as the main point of contact, building strong client relationships and providing strategic PR counsel.
Proactively engage with and manage relationships across internal teams, external partners, agencies, and vendors
Experience that contributes to success:
Proven experience in content creation, drafting, reviewing, and editing a wide range of communication materials.
Demonstrated ability to develop key messages and ensure brand and strategic alignment.
A track record of managing multiple communication projects and campaigns with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.
Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to inform strategic decisions.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Ability to provide strategic PR counsel and effectively manage client needs and challenges.
Experience fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders, facilitating approvals, and promoting collaboration.
Professional and calm approach to managing conflicts and difficult client issues.
