Individuals are accountable for all aspects of the management and performance of both the physical and human assets in their assigned facilities. Job Duties & Responsibilities Provides leadership in all aspects of operation and maintenance Assisting in planning and managing of O&M budgets. Manages the technical performance of the plant Leads the safety of the facility and personnel Complies with all regulations and policies Oversees personnel development and succession planning Drives the continuous improvement of performance Performs other job-related duties as assigned Employees in this role may be asked to travel to other sites in thier region as needed Job Overview Employees in this job lead a team of Technicians. Their team is responsible for the assessment, management, and planning of activities to ensure all plant or pipeline equipment is operational and available to support production requirements. Team responsibilities include technical support for daily operations, plant and process improvements, equipment acquisition, plant breakdown and analysis, and recommending corrective actions.Job Duties & Responsibilities Provides oversight to production teams in the area of daily operations, preventive maintenance, and reliability checks Coaches employees in safe work practices, craft skills, productivity, and training Develops and refines operations procedures, processes, and overhaul start up and shutdown Ensures that all production activities are completed in a safe and environmentally responsible manner in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and consistent with PGD policies, procedures, and practices Performs other job-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications High School Grad / GED Experience: 5+ years Leadership Experience: 2+ years Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree The estimated base pay for this position is $114,400.00 to $171,600.00 per year. Starting pay will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, job-related and industry knowledge and skills and education/training.
